Heather Humphrey brings more than 30 years of team leadership, information services and financial experience within the homebuilding industry to her role as Chief Financial Officer for David Weekley Homes. She joined the company in 1993 and has since served in several leadership positions, including Chief Information Officer, where she led technology initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and supported the company’s long-term growth.

As Chief Financial Officer, Heather leads the Accounting and Finance Team, managing the company’s capital structure, financial planning and reporting, cash flow, and record keeping. Prior to joining David Weekley Homes, she was a successful consulting manager with a national accounting firm specializing in real estate.

Heather grew up in Southern California and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Computer Science. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Faith and community play an important role in Heather’s life, and she is actively involved in the church. Along with her husband Mike, she also enjoys traveling, football, fellowship with friends and time spent with their daughter and grandchildren.
